THE DETAILS

We are ISO17025 accredited in Dimensional Inspection and Measuring Tool Calibration. Our inspection equipment is well maintained and properly calibrated. Our manufacturing equipment is also well maintained and accurate. Our Haas ST-30Y turning center enables us to offer precision CNC turning, as well. Paired with state of the art turn/mill CAM software, we can finish parts more quickly and efficiently. Additionally, we have maintenance agreements in place on all of our CAD/CAM software so we are always up-to-date on the latest improvements and advances in industry technology.

Reverse Engineering

Whether you’re looking to duplicate an existing part or recreate a piece from the past, our team has the tools necessary to obtain accurate dimensional data and get you what you need to move forward.

At Morgan, we use our CMM’s to gather reference points on a customer’s part and can export information as an .IGS file for CAD software or do the work in-house and supply our customers with a 3D CAD model and/or 2D drawings.
